There is nothing sweeter than those first few days with your little one. At Ash + Root, our newborn sessions are designed to beautifully capture all of those tiny details you’ll never want to forget. We specialize in in-home lifestyle newborn and milestone sessions and outdoor newborn and milestone sessions and do not have a studio location. These sessions focus on genuine connections, natural moments, and the beauty of welcoming your newest family member. We do have the opportunity to rent out a studio space for an additional fee.

We specialize in in-home lifestyle newborn sessions and outdoor newborn sessions and do not have a studio location. These sessions focus on genuine connections, natural moments, and the beauty of welcoming your newest family member. We do have the opportunity to rent out a studio space for an additional fee.
Your Newborn Session Includes:
- Available for babies under 4 weeks old (best photographed within the first 10 days after birth)
- Approximately 1–1.5 hours to allow plenty of time for feedings, diaper changes, and newborn snuggles
- A password-protected online proof gallery delivered within 2–3 weeks
- All Edited Digital Images
- Print release included
- Family and sibling images are welcome and encouraged
- Maternity session may be added for an additional $99
Booking Information:
- A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date
- Your retainer is applied toward your session fee
- If purchasing a newborn special, full payment is due at the time of booking to secure promotional pricing

- Print release included with every session
- Family and sibling photos are included during the newborn session and may be added to the 6-month and/or 12-month sessions for $75 per session
- Optional maternity session add-on for $99
Booking Information:
- A $100 non-refundable retainer is due at booking and is applied toward your package total
- Remaining balance may be divided into two payments: one due at the newborn session and one due at the 6-month session
- Please remember, we do outdoor and in-home sessions only. We can rent an indoor studio for winter milestones will an additional charge.
